Alt R J T on Mac: Reject All Changes and Stop Tracking in Word

Tap Option, then type R J T
Tap ⌥ on its own to show the key tips, then R for Review, J for Reject, T for Reject All Changes and Stop Tracking.
What Alt R J T does
Reject All Changes and Stop Tracking sits under Review › Reject on the Word ribbon. On Windows, Alt R J T runs it from the keyboard. Word for Mac has the same ribbon but no Alt key, so without LightningXL you click through Review › Reject › Reject All Changes and Stop Tracking instead.
