Alt R A S on Mac: Accept All Changes Shown in Word
To run Accept All Changes Shown with Alt R A S in Word on a Mac, install LightningXL, tap Option, then type R, A, S. The same keys as Windows, with the same result.

Install LightningXL

Select what to act on
Put the cursor where you want it, or select the text or object.
Tap Option, then type R A S
Tap ⌥ on its own to show the key tips, then R for Review, A for Accept, S for Accept All Changes Shown.
What Alt R A S does
Accept All Changes Shown sits under Review › Accept on the Word ribbon. On Windows, Alt R A S runs it from the keyboard. Word for Mac has the same ribbon but no Alt key, so without LightningXL you click through Review › Accept › Accept All Changes Shown instead.
