Alt N V R on Mac: Remove Current Cover Page in Word
To run Remove Current Cover Page with Alt N V R in Word on a Mac, install LightningXL, tap Option, then type N, V, R. The same keys as Windows, with the same result.

Select what to act on
Put the cursor where you want it, or select the text or object.
Tap Option, then type N V R
Tap ⌥ on its own to show the key tips, then N for Insert, V for Cover Page, R for Remove Current Cover Page.
What Alt N V R does
Remove Current Cover Page sits under Insert › Cover Page on the Word ribbon. On Windows, Alt N V R runs it from the keyboard. Word for Mac has the same ribbon but no Alt key, so without LightningXL you click through Insert › Cover Page › Remove Current Cover Page instead.
