Alt J P Q on Mac: Reset Picture menu in PowerPoint
To open the Reset Picture menu with Alt J P Q in PowerPoint on a Mac, install LightningXL, tap Option, then type J, P, Q. The same keys as Windows, with the same result.

Install LightningXL

Select what to act on
Select the slide, text or object the command should apply to.
Tap Option, then type J P Q
Tap ⌥ on its own to show the key tips, then J P for Picture Format, Q for Reset Picture. That opens the Reset Picture menu; the next key tips show the items in it.
What Alt J P Q does
