Tap ⌥ on its own to show the key tips, then J D for Shape Format, A A for Align, V for Distribute Vertically.
What Alt J D A A V does
Distribute Vertically sits under Shape Format › Align on the PowerPoint ribbon. On Windows, Alt J D A A V runs it from the keyboard. PowerPoint for Mac has the same ribbon but no Alt key, so without LightningXL you click through Shape Format › Align › Distribute Vertically instead.
