Alt G L O on Mac: Title Only in PowerPoint
To run Title Only with Alt G L O in PowerPoint on a Mac, install LightningXL, tap Option, then type G, L, O. The same keys as Windows, with the same result.
Step by step
Install LightningXL
Download LightningXL, then follow the instructions. Setup takes about two minutes.
Select what to act on
Select the slide, text or object the command should apply to.
Tap Option, then type G L O
Tap ⌥ on its own to show the key tips, then G for Design, L for Layout, O for Title Only.
What Alt G L O does
Title Only sits under Design › Layout on the PowerPoint ribbon. On Windows, Alt G L O runs it from the keyboard. PowerPoint for Mac has the same ribbon but no Alt key, so without LightningXL you click through Design › Layout › Title Only instead.
