Tap ⌥ on its own to show the key tips, then X for LightningXL, R for Formulas, V for Convert Formula to Value.

Convert Formula to Value sits under LightningXL › Formulas on the Excel ribbon. On Windows, Alt X R V runs it from the keyboard. Excel for Mac has the same ribbon but no Alt key, so without LightningXL you click through LightningXL › Formulas › Convert Formula to Value instead.
